I'm irritated at myself! I missed 3 nights of workouts this past week. No excuses! I am getting more prepared though. I also downloaded two Jillian Michaels workouts; 30 Day Shred & Fat Boost. I would like to alternate between those two workouts and pilates, and somehow fit some walking into the day. I'm ready to go grocery shopping and start trying these new recipes I have been finding! :)
