I've begun the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I missed the past 2 nights but tonight is day #4 :) I love this workout! If you've never tried it or heard of it, it's 20 minutes of strength, cardio, and abs rotatations with no stopping, no rests and no breaks. It has 3 levels that you're supposed to start every 10 days, or whenever you feel you are ready to move on to the next level! It's fun and quick and intense! I've also been obsessively watching The Biggest Loser on Netflix.
