I am not good with diets. I never have been, and I probably never will be. I've decided the only way to do this is to back in from somewhere else. So, before the actual "better eating/dieting" begins, I figured I'd do weekly challenges. If I can do it for a week, shouldn't I be able to do it for a lifetime?
This coming week, I'll challenge myself to work out EVERY day for at least 20 minutes to start out. Last night, I tried Pilates for the first time and I truly loved it! It doesn't feel like you're doing a lot but once you're done, the burn is amazing. So, this week while I'm trying to find workouts that I enjoy, I'll be preparing myself for Week 1 Challenge!
